Identify the visible verified-source ID and explain the specific issue. A report does not automatically change a source: a qualified reviewer first assesses it. Accepted disputes are removed from retrieval while investigated.
Do not paste a private dream, password, reset token, payment-card number, or unrelated personal information. The report and supporting reference are stored as an editorial record.
