Terms of use

These terms describe the service boundaries, user responsibilities, paid access, and the limits of dream reflection software.

Using Tabeerly

You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these terms. Keep account credentials and private share links secure, provide accurate registration information, and use the service only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not submit another person's sensitive data without a legitimate reason and appropriate permission.

Nature of the service

Tabeerly provides evidence-bounded AI drafts and, when available, a separately labeled human-review workflow. Outputs are reflective possibilities, not predictions, diagnoses, fatwas, legal advice, or proof of divine intent. Do not make high-stakes health, safety, financial, legal, relationship, or religious decisions solely from an output.

Paid access, subscriptions, and refunds

Checkout shows the price and billing cadence before payment. A one-time purchase grants one interpretation entitlement; priority purchase changes review-queue order but does not guarantee a delivery time. Subscriptions renew until canceled and are subject to reasonable fair-use and safety controls. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily reverse a completed period.

Where law requires a refund, or where a charged entitlement cannot be delivered because of a Tabeerly failure, contact us with the Stripe receipt identifier. Fraud, duplicate charges, and service failures are reviewed case by case; statutory rights are not limited by these terms.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant Tabeerly a limited right to host, encrypt, process, transmit to disclosed service providers, and present that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. The Privacy Policy explains data categories, processors, retention, and account controls.

Prohibited conduct

You may not attempt unauthorized access, evade rate or payment limits, scrape private content, reverse engineer security controls, introduce malware, harass reviewers or users, impersonate a scholar, or use outputs to exploit, threaten, diagnose, or manipulate another person.

Availability and account action

Tabeerly may change or suspend features to protect users, sources, or the service. Access may be restricted for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or material breach. Where practical, users will have a chance to export data before a non-emergency closure.

Disclaimers and liability

AI and human interpretation can be incomplete or wrong, and service availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tabeerly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on an interpretation. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
