Privacy or account data
Email [email protected]. State the account email and the request type. Do not email your password, reset token, full payment-card details, or an entire dream.
Safety or harmful output
Use the same address with subject “Safety report.” Include the interpretation or dream record ID and a short description of the concern. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; email is not monitored as an emergency channel.
Billing
Use subject “Billing” and include the Stripe receipt or checkout session identifier. Never send a full card number or security code. Subscription cancellation is available through the billing portal in account settings.
Source correction or scholarly feedback
Use the source-correction form. Include the visible verified-source ID, the disputed field, and a reliable edition or reference that supports the correction. Do not include unrelated private dream text.
